The Government Area Trials were completed at the close of business on Friday the 27th of April. During the running of the Area Trials around 3,500 Home Information Packs were commissioned with incentives. The Trials were a great success and now with June on the Horizon the benefits of the HIP will finally be available to all who are in the Housing market.
If you as the consumer are still interested in obtaining a pack before the First of June then most of our members will be making them avaiable. The majority of the AHIPP Membership can be contacted through the members area of our website. Click here to view a list of our members.
If you are an Estate Agent and you want to offer the vendor the oppurtunity to have a HIP, AHIPP have commissioned a free HIP handling guide, specifically to address your questions with relation to the HIP, that can be downloaded through the link in blue below.
The HIP Handling Quick guide is a document that has been developed by The Association to help Negotiators and employees within the industry who are on the Front Line dealing with customer queries. The first edition of the guide has been re-drafted to ensure that it informs correctly on all the changes in the HIP regulations. The second draft is now available from The Association.
